First harvest · Uji, Japan
Ceremonial-grade matcha from single farms, stone-ground to order.

From field to bowl
Sift two bamboo scoops into a warm bowl.
Pour water off the boil, never straight from it.
Cooler water keeps the sweetness and softens the bitterness.
Whisk in a quick M until a fine foam forms. Then sit.

Southern sun and early harvests give a vivid, mellow cup.

I've tried dozens of matchas. Matcha Grove's Uji is the only one I reorder without thinking.

Ceremonial Uji, 30 g

The tasting room
Ceremonial grade comes from the youngest, most shaded leaves and is meant to be whisked with water and drunk on its own. Culinary grade is bolder and holds its flavour in lattes, baking and smoothies.
A 2 g serving has roughly 35–70 mg, about a short espresso. The L-theanine in matcha smooths it into calm focus rather than a spike.
Sealed, cool and away from light. Once opened, enjoy within 4–6 weeks. If you keep it in the fridge, let the tin warm up before opening so no moisture gets in.
Yes. Phnom Penh orders arrive next day; the rest of Cambodia in 2–3 business days. We also ship internationally.
