Description
Limited first-harvest (ichibancha) from Shizuoka. Picked in early spring when the leaves hold the highest concentration of L-theanine and chlorophyll. Exceptionally rare.
How to prepare
- 2 g: two bamboo scoops, sifted into the bowl.
- 70 ml: water just off the boil.
- 80 °C: cooler water gives a sweeter bowl.
- 15 sec: whisk in a quick W until finely foamed.
Storage
Keep the tin sealed in the fridge once opened, away from light and strong smells. It's at its best within a month of opening.
Shipping & returns
Orders before 3pm reach Phnom Penh the next day; other provinces take 2–4 days. Unopened tins can be returned within 30 days.
