Description
Traditional Japanese tetsubin cast iron teapot with enamel interior. Distributes heat evenly and retains temperature long — excellent for whole-leaf teas alongside your matcha.
How to prepare
- 2 g: two bamboo scoops, sifted into the bowl.
- 70 ml: water just off the boil.
- 80 °C: cooler water gives a sweeter bowl.
- 15 sec: whisk in a quick W until finely foamed.
Storage
Keep the tin sealed in the fridge once opened, away from light and strong smells. It's at its best within a month of opening.
